This morning, the sixth event of the national training program was held to enhance the capabilities of those involved in the protection of human rights in the criminal justice system, which is organized by the Special Investigation Unit in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program, the Royal Academy of Police and the Institute of Judicial and Legal Studies.
The sessions dealt with the procedural rights of the accused and the legal guarantees assigned to them, and the role of law enforcement officials in protecting human rights during the implementation of arrest and search procedures.
