Mr. Mohammed Khalid Alhazaa, Acting Advocate General and Head of the Special Investigation Unit, received in his office this morning Mr. David Brownstein, Deputy Head of the United States Embassy Mission in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Ms. Solmaz Sharifi, a member of the embassy.
During the meeting, the Unit’s role in protecting human rights in the criminal justice system, in partnership with national mechanisms and institutions, was discussed, as well as the ways of cooperation between the two parties.
